NON-DOC VERIFICATION
Verify identity without asking for a single document upload.
Daksam Analytics Non-Doc Verification uses DigiLocker to confirm identity through government-verified documents the customer already has. No camera pointed at a physical document. No upload required. Just verified data, pulled directly from the source.
DigiLocker is the Government of India’s official digital document platform. Every document stored there is government-issued and government-verified. When a customer shares their documents through DigiLocker, the data comes directly from the issuing authority, not from a photograph held up to a camera.
Daksam Analytics integrates DigiLocker into your onboarding flow so customers can verify their identity without uploading a single document. Liveness detection runs first to confirm the person is present. DigiLocker handles the rest, inside the same flow. As similar government document platforms become available in other countries, Daksam Analytics will integrate those too.
THE CHALLENGE
Document Uploads Introduce Problems That DigiLocker Eliminates.
Every step in a document upload flow is a point where something can go wrong: a poor photograph, a skewed angle, an altered document, or a customer who simply gives up. DigiLocker removes the upload step entirely.
HOW IT WORKS
Liveness First. DigiLocker Next. Verified Data Delivered.
Non-Doc Verification runs in two stages inside the same flow. The customer confirms they are present first. DigiLocker confirms their identity second. The entire journey happens without the customer leaving your app or website.
Customer Provides Consent
The customer reviews the consent request and explicitly authorizes Daksam Analytics to perform identity verification and retrieve government-verified data as part of the verification process.
Liveness Check
The customer completes a liveness check confirming they are physically present and genuine. This runs before DigiLocker verification begins.
DigiLocker Opens in Flow
The customer is securely redirected to DigiLocker to authenticate and authorize document sharing.
Customer Logs In
The customer logs into their DigiLocker account using their PIN and OTP. The login is handled entirely within the DigiLocker interface inside the flow.
Documents Selected and Shared
The customer selects which documents they want to share: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport. They confirm the share and DigiLocker releases the verified data.
Verified Data Returned
Daksam Analytics receives the government-verified document data directly from DigiLocker and returns it to your system. No upload and no photograph involved at any stage.
CAPABILITIES
Government-Verified Data Without the Upload.
Every capability below runs as part of the Non-Doc Verification flow. The customer confirms their presence. DigiLocker confirms their identity. Your system receives verified data.
Liveness Detection
Confirms the customer is physically present and genuine before DigiLocker verification begins. A photograph or pre-recorded video cannot pass the liveness step.
DigiLocker Integration
Daksam Analytics securely integrates with DigiLocker. Customers are redirected to the DigiLocker platform to authenticate and share their documents before returning to your application with the verified data.
Supported Documents
Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, and Passport are supported. The customer selects which documents to share from their DigiLocker account during the flow.
Government-Verified Data
Data received from DigiLocker is government-issued and government-verified. It comes directly from the source, not from a photograph of a document that could be altered.
White-Label Presentation
The Non-Doc Verification flow carries your institution’s branding throughout. Customers see your interface at every step with no Daksam Analytics branding visible.
SDK Integration
Non-Doc Verification integrates via SDK into your existing app or website. Trigger it at any point in the customer journey where identity confirmation is required.
WHY CHOOSE US
Verified at source. Friction removed. Data you can trust.
Four reasons product and compliance teams choose Daksam Analytics Non-Doc Verification for their identity confirmation requirements.
Data Straight From the Source
DigiLocker documents are issued and verified by the Government of India. When a customer shares a document through DigiLocker, the data Daksam Analytics receives is the same data the government holds. It came directly from the issuing authority, not from a photograph. That is a meaningfully different quality of data. As similar platforms become available in other countries, Daksam Analytics will integrate those too.
- Data received directly from the Government of India via DigiLocker.
- Comes from the issuing authority, not from a photographed document.
- Future integrations planned as per availability of equivalent platforms in other countries.
No Upload, No Drop-Off
The document upload step is where onboarding flows lose customers. Finding the document, photographing it clearly, and uploading it in an acceptable format is more work than customers expect. Non-Doc Verification removes the upload entirely. The customer logs into DigiLocker, selects what to share, and confirms. Three steps instead of however many a document upload takes.
- No document upload required at any point in the flow
- Customer logs in, selects documents, confirms, and proceeds
- Removes the friction point where document upload flows lose customers.
White-Label by Default
The Non-Doc Verification flow carries your institution’s branding throughout. Your customers see your name, your colours, and your interface at every step. The DigiLocker interface opens within your flow. No Daksam Analytics branding appears at any point. Banks, FinTechs, and government services maintain complete brand consistency through the verification step.
- Full white-label presentation on every screen in the verification flow
- DigiLocker interface opens within your branded flow
- No Daksam Analytics branding visible to the customer at any point.
SDK Integration
Non-Doc Verification integrates via SDK into your existing app or website. Trigger it at any point in the customer journey where identity verification is needed. The SDK handles the liveness check, the DigiLocker interface, and the data return. Your system receives the verified data the moment the customer confirms the share. No additional infrastructure required.
- SDK integrates into any point in your app or website without rebuilding
- Liveness check, DigiLocker flow, and data return all handled by the SDK
- Works alongside other Daksam Analytics products in the same flow.
